Our Mission
Founded by horticulturist and conservation specialist Kausalya Gibson, our mission is to help businesses and communities restore green spaces, enhance biodiversity, and take meaningful climate action.
With a background in horticulture, conservation, and environmental education, Kausalya has spent years designing and managing sustainable landscapes, from tree nurseries to eco-conscious gardens. She has led large-scale conservation projects, delivered hands-on training, and worked with diverse communities—including schools, businesses, and marginalized groups—to foster a deeper connection with nature. Her experience in event management also allows her to create engaging, educational experiences that inspire action.
